Dear Friends and Supporters,
As Phase Five worked towards fulfilling its collective vision over the last five years, you probably met us somewhere along the way to contribute towards its development. The group of four that began together Leslie, Vinod, Zainab and Ayesha have grown and achieved personally and professionally and in each others company. We have also each found our strengths, passion and ideas, which continue to guide our work.
Phase Five is entering a phase of transition we thought important to share with you. Zainab had of course started to pursue her academic aspirations some years ago. Now, Ayesha readies to move base away from Mumbai having gotten married. Leslie is increasingly committed to looking after his ageing father and spending the rest of the time making music and Vinod dreams of living and working on the land. Each of us will now, in a sense, have to re-build our ambitions and goals.
Phase Five as an organisation and as you have known it will not function together as a group anymore. At the same time we want to put out the word saying our connection, philosophy, ideas and resources remain for us and for you to utilise. We invite you to suggest or recommend any idea you believe we can execute as individuals or as a group. We are open to renewed alliances.
